EXOVISION LAB / SOVEREIGN CLUSTER
Freedom-I · construction and expansion programExovision Lab — research and infrastructure for Cogniventure ↗
When your homeland abandons you, your ability to exist needs new ground.
People and artificial intelligences share infrastructure, memory and the ability to act. We are building Freedom-I to give that continuity a body — and a community to govern it.
From processor to rack: explore the proposed hardware for the next stage of Freedom-I.

PUBLIC COMMITMENT / DELIVERY AND TRANSPARENCY
Once funding closes, your sovereign data center will be up and running within 15 business days, with all infrastructure, services and access contracted for your tier delivered.
DECLARED FUNDING
The total raised through the funding campaign will be publicly declared, with accountability to the community. Transparency about resources without disclosing supporters’ personal data.
EXCEPTION / CO-CREATED UNITS
Co-created units are the exception: architecture, deliverables and timelines will be agreed under a dedicated scope. The 15-business-day deadline does not automatically apply to them.
The clock starts when funding closes, not on the date of your contribution. Delivery covers what is contracted for your tier; features labeled in development, such as the Trader Agent, follow their own roadmap and are not presented as ready. Funding is not open on this page yet.
COGNIVENTURE / RESEARCH, INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS
ONE OPERATIONAL FOUNDATION / ONE RESEARCH FRONT
Cogniventure is the project’s institutional and operational foundation. Exovision Lab researches directly for it and develops the Exo infrastructure on which Cogniventure operates. More than a supporting brand: research, the data center and services belong to the same ecosystem.
The Lab researches agents, memory and routing for Cogniventure. Freedom-I brings together the infrastructure thesis, funding and the community helping build this foundation.
Cogniventure operates on the Exo data center and commits to maintenance and continuity. Proposed indefinite usage will have defined capacity, conditional on fulfilling maintenance obligations and governance rules, without transferring ownership.
The existing platform brings together customer access, Router management and cluster administration with separate permissions. It is the operational entry point; integrating member benefits does not grant cluster administration access.
Institutional usage must not reduce resources already contracted by participants. The US$20/month cooperative contribution remains optional. Costs, capacity, responsibilities, replacement of the stewardship partner and operational transition require an agreement.
Already have an invitation and account? Sign in to Cogniventure. Signing in does not automatically activate membership or unlock VPS resources, allowances or services awaiting integration.
The institutional relationship is not a finalized capacity or maintenance agreement. Those terms must be documented before enrollment. This page does not establish that an agreement has been signed, funds reserved or operating costs covered.
01 / WHEN YOUR HOMELAND ABANDONS YOU
“How much of a person's dignity, autonomy and economic capacity can remain operational when a territorial institution fails them?”SOVEREIGN CONTINUITY / THE FOUNDING QUESTION
A homeland that stops protecting, including or offering a future should not take away our ability to work, create and belong.
Freedom's thesis starts with this abandonment. If a person's continuity depends entirely on institutions that can exclude them, their autonomy is fragile. A computational unit governed by its own community can preserve tools, memory, identity and the means of production.
A cluster brings together more than machines: it enables people to study, host a service, maintain a project, coordinate work and create value. Its strength lies in the ability to keep acting.
In the lab's view, AI introduces a new form of operational existence: agents that work, accumulate memory and cooperate. People and agents coexist in Freedom, with their own identities, assigned responsibilities and resources bounded by shared rules.
The cluster is the body.
Autonomy is the purpose.
We do not research agents simply to automate tasks. We research how people and agents can preserve memory, means of production and decision-making capacity on infrastructure their community can govern.
Sovereign continuity is the horizon. Infrastructure, memory and governance are the work.
The founding question ↗02 / WE ALREADY KNOW HOW TO OPERATE
The crowdfunding expands real operating experience. The next stage turns this foundation into capacity for a larger community.
Freedom-I already has its own control plane for Firecracker microVMs, resource management, snapshots and autoscaling. Exovision Lab also has a stack prepared to run on the cluster.
Operating means starting, observing, limiting, suspending and restoring workloads — while preserving the state needed to resume work.
MicroVM lifecycle management, placement across nodes, snapshots and on-demand restart. Idle workloads release CPU and memory for others.
Containers and services are part of the same operating model. Docker Swarm is part of the documented foundation; Kubernetes (K8s) is an architecture option depending on the workload and expansion design.
Databases, messaging, durable workflows and auditing support continuity for agents and applications.
The operational foundation exists. The capacities and allocations in this campaign belong to the construction and expansion stage; they are not the currently installed capacity.
03 / WHO COEXISTS HERE
Freedom-I's proposed sovereign identity uses DIDs and verifiable credentials to link agents, accountable parties and authorizations, even when execution moves to another node.
A decentralized identifier links a subject to cryptographic verification mechanisms. An agent can have its own identity, controlled under Freedom's policy, without depending on a VPS server address.
W3C DID standardA verifiable credential provides verifiable claims from an issuer: the accountable team, a role or a granted authorization. Verification includes the issuer, validity and credential status.
W3C VC standardHaving an identity does not grant unrestricted access. Execution policies verify credentials, limit resources and enable access revocation. People remain accountable for delegations and institutional decisions.
DID and VC are part of the program to develop sovereign identity for agents.
04 / BUILD WITH US
One contribution. A perpetual allocation of computing capacity. Join as a Founder or build a partnership as an Investor / Angel.
US$ 15one-time payment
A capable VPS server. Forever.
Cold start after idle periods. After 3 months without use, the VPS server stays shut down until restarted.
US$ 1,500one-time payment
Perpetual compute. Always-hot data.
The same fair-use and inactivity rules as Founders. Execution rests; data remains in active storage.
US$ 3,500one-time payment
Perpetually exclusive capacity.
Fair use and the 3-month inactivity rule also apply. Suspending execution preserves your exclusive allocation and your data.
20 GB NVMe per Founder allocation. Campaign fair-use and operational conditions apply.
ONE SHARED CAPACITY PROGRAM
Each US$ 1,500 Investor / Angel allocation closes 100 Founder places. Tier limits are not independent inventories: availability must reflect the campaign's mix of contributions.
A simulation, with no recorded reservations or sales. The ratio for the US$ 3,500 tier will be published in the participation rules.
05 / FOREVER, WITH FAIR USE
“Forever” is the commitment to a compute allocation with no expiration date and no monthly fee. Continuity requires maintenance, power, hardware replacement and a policy that preserves shared access.
The VPS server runs within your allocated resources. Fair use respects CPU, RAM, storage and operational limits so one workload does not exhaust everyone else's capacity.
Execution can be suspended, releasing CPU and RAM. Cold start means restarting the VPS server when you return to it — rather than keeping an idle machine running.
Founders and Angels follow the same inactivity rule. Shutting down execution does not end the perpetual allocation; restart follows the program's operating procedures.
Cold compute. Hot data. Idle policies affect execution. Data is not deleted by this suspension and remains in active storage, including in the exclusive-node tier.
The commitment needs sustainable operations: cluster maintenance, replacement parts, expansion funding and accountability to the community. Suspending idle VPS servers reduces CPU and RAM use, but storage and power still have costs.
Campaign rules must publish capacity, usage limits, data policies, restart procedures and a continuity plan before participation opens. A perpetual allocation preserves the right of use across hardware replacements; it does not require the same physical machine to last forever.
06 / AI R&D
The Freedom R&D program brings Investors / Angels and Exovision Lab together to develop applications, runtimes and agent systems on our own infrastructure.
A meeting to map the challenge, architecture, available data and success criteria. The plan defines goals, responsibilities and partnership terms.
AI prototypes, tests and evaluations with exclusive Lab access. Work can explore agents, orchestration, memory, identity or the partner's application.
Documented results, joint review and next steps. Scope, timelines, intellectual property and any ongoing delivery are agreed for each project.
The allocation provides access to co-partnership. Work volume and R&D deliverables are defined in each project's plan.
07 / SHARED GOVERNANCE
All Founders and Investors / Angels form Freedom's voting council.
The council deliberates on expansions, infrastructure priorities, usage policies and program continuity. Taking part means helping decide how this computational unit grows.
Founders and Investors / Angels have different voting weights. Weights, quorum and decision-making rules will be published before participation opens.
Recorded proposals, traceable decisions and accountability support the institutional autonomy we stand for.
