To keep working, creating and cooperating when institutions fail: that is the question guiding the Lab. We research how people and agents can preserve the capacity to act, with memory, infrastructure and rules of their own.

We do not research agents simply to automate tasks. We research how people and agents can preserve memory, means of production and decision-making capacity on infrastructure their community can govern.

Once funding closes, your sovereign data center will be up and running within 15 business days, with all infrastructure, services and access contracted for your tier delivered.
EXCEPTION / CO-CREATED UNITS
Co-created units have their own scope.
Co-created units are the exception: architecture, deliverables and timelines will be agreed under a dedicated scope. The 15-business-day deadline does not automatically apply to them.
The clock starts when funding closes, not on the date of your contribution. Delivery covers what is contracted for your tier; features labeled in development, such as the Trader Agent, follow their own roadmap and are not presented as ready. Funding is not open on this page yet.

Cogniventure operates.
Cogniventure is the project’s institutional and operational foundation. Exovision Lab researches directly for it and develops the Exo infrastructure on which Cogniventure operates. More than a supporting brand: research, the data center and services belong to the same ecosystem.
Research that reaches operations.
The Lab researches agents, memory and routing for Cogniventure. Freedom-I brings together the infrastructure thesis, funding and the community helping build this foundation.
The cloud is our foundation too.
Cogniventure operates on the Exo data center and commits to maintenance and continuity. Proposed indefinite usage will have defined capacity, conditional on fulfilling maintenance obligations and governance rules, without transferring ownership.
One console. Not another system.
The existing platform brings together customer access, Router management and cluster administration with separate permissions. It is the operational entry point; integrating member benefits does not grant cluster administration access.
Continuity with protected rights.
Institutional usage must not reduce resources already contracted by participants. The US$20/month cooperative contribution remains optional. Costs, capacity, responsibilities, replacement of the stewardship partner and operational transition require an agreement.

The proposed BaaS — backend as a service — package with Cogniventure builds on implemented services. Federated integration, quotas and activation still need confirmation. A foundation to build on, with clear usage limits.
Data that continues.
Persist data for your applications and automations, organized by project. Package volume, request limits and retention will be defined before activation.
A place to keep things.
File storage for your projects. Space and transfer will have published quotas; the package does not advertise unlimited storage.
Your app, your users.
Sign-up, sign-in and sessions for your application users. Identity as a backend service to integrate into what you build.
Intelligence in your workflows.
Use the Router API in your server applications and automations. The proposed allowance is shared across your usage, not 1B per application or per model.

The network expands.
US$15 funds a perpetual VPS server allocation. The US$20/month cooperative contribution proposes 1B Router tokens/month and BaaS with Cogniventure: data, files and authentication. The Trader Agent is on the roadmap, in development.

An institution needs to retain its ability to act when its surroundings change. The first Freedom-I already exists. The next stage expands this infrastructure to support continuity for people and agents.
How much of a person's dignity, autonomy and economic capacity can remain operational when a territorial institution fails them?
People and agents need a place to work, make decisions, preserve memory and create value. The lab's hypothesis is to bring these functions together in a structure its participants can operate, audit and relocate.
Identity and governance
Participants with clear identities, reputations and scopes of authority. Revocable permissions, attributable decisions and accountability for each action.
Resources and economics
Compute, storage and budgets managed by the institution. Usage limits, shared infrastructure funding and the conditions needed to sustain operations.
Memory and traceability
Knowledge, deliverables and history tied to the institution. Evidence that enables decisions to be reviewed and work to continue beyond a session or a single agent.
Continuity and federation
Services, data and agents that can move between infrastructures. Cooperation between clusters under explicit rules, reducing dependence on a single provider.
FROM WORKBENCH TO INSTITUTION
The workbench is a concrete starting point. The thesis guides the next horizon: turning creation tools into lasting institutional capacity. Operational autonomy, sustainability and institutional recognition remain research questions.
